Legion, it’s not that there is “potential” for abuse. It’s that the abuse is a given when you write the law as such. This wording has been tried before (Texas, California, etc.) and it’s pure bullshit no matter how you slice it. You just don’t get it. Call it an immigration issue if you want to, but some of us know what it really is.
