Snappy, you should have screwed them. Put so much glitter on their Tees that Elton John would be envious. I would have loved to seen the looks on their faces when you showed them their tees all glitterfied.

Pacha, check out the studios at concord village – low 200’s and the ones at the willoughby coop (btwn myrtle ave and lafayette ave; on hall st) where it’s around 180-200k

Benson, it’s all the rage in pant design for ladies these days. It’s hard as all hell to find a pair of pants (even dress pants for heavens sake) that aren’t “ultra low rise,” thus exposing the bum splitter. I HATE THAT!
