yeah.. and my stupid HSBC account, i got a letter in the mail, saying that from now on they will be deducting 3 dollars a month from my account for service fees or whatever :-0 i purposefully have exactly 23 cents in there and i want to see what happens when they do try to take 3 dollars out. actually i think i know and ill have a negative balance, so i should probably go deposit some cash into my account. grrrr
i swear stuff like bank accounts can be more hassle than they are worth, and for some people dont even make sense. i do however want to one day not be one of those people where i doesnt make sense hahaha.
Blowfish – Same problem here with the WaMu/Chase thing. Wamu was always no fee and when Chase hijacked my accounts they started charging me out the wazoo. i’d totally switch but it would be such a hassle as I have so many automatic debits/credits going in and out (no homo) of my account.
JB, with interest practically at zero, I’ll shift 2500 into chk and use their ATM – ie there’s so few HSBC banks around so TD atm card would be very useful
Lawrence of Arabica had me rolling

Inglorious Baristas

Rob, you can send checks on-line via logging into your bank acct on-line. saves even the stamp (much less no need to deal with order chks)
