Do you pay bills with cash to your roommate? Or more money orders?
Rent, Cable/Internet, Dog Walker, and Gas/Electric I just pay him in cash. My student loans I pay with money orders lately. A few years ago stupid HSBC bank charged me one hundred something dollars for new checks when I ordered them… cuz i ran out of temporary checks.. the money was deducted from my account? and guess what? i never even receieved the checks cuz i was in between moves or something. who knows WHERE those checks went, but you know WHY i was charged and they werent free? they told me because i didnt specify that i wanted plain checks. they wound up ordering me those checks with dumb stuff on it!!! they charged me over a hundred bux for checks with the american flag on it THAT I NEVER EVEN GOT! i should have called help me howard but i just chalked it up to crap luck and just started using money orders for my student loans.
i had no fees when it was Commerce, ever. now they implememnted minimum balance fees on my account, and, have overdraft fees even though the money is there when the draft hits. So, one time, they gave me two overdraft fees for the same debit; one for the day of the purchase, and another for the day they proceesed the purchase. swear to god. made no sense. even though i walked through it with a rep and she conceded that yes, that was what happened.

“screw TD bank.”
I say screw everything Canadian, in general.
Blowfish, do tell….
M4L: need $2,500 in checking to get reimbursed for ATM fees by TD Bank. So not gonna recommend it. Nice try for third jinx, though.
screw TD bank. they have all kins of other fees all of a sudden.
Rob, maybe ask about the direct deposit the next time you go to the bank. Do you pay bills with cash to your roommate? Or more money orders?
seriously, i’ve asked this like 50 hundred times, are there any more t-shirts left?
Rob, JB would tell you to open acct at TD bank to avoid ATM fees
