M4L, I probably have one of the sweetest law firm gigs around and I still think it sucks — I get paid a bit under market, have far better hours, and the work (on paper) is interesting. At 31 I really don’t want to think that it’s not possible to find a job that I enjoy and need not only live for the weekends.
Legion, you manage the bldgs yourself or outsourced it a mgt company?

And, thanks, Arkady. 😉
I realize that, Dave, but I figured I’d also share what I’m hearing anecdotally.
Good job legion. It’s ‘dobraye utra’ but I got what you were saying.
JB, yes it is cause life outside of work should outweigh life at work.
