Very funny, rob (at least I hope you were trying to be funny. Not so sure anymore. Perhaps there’s room for some of snappy’s menagerie in Charlie Rangel’s apartmetns.

CHarlie’s rent stabilized apts are contracts/leases between 2 private parties. Would you propose that the landlord not be allowed to sign a contract with whom he wishes?
In this case, if the landlord did not wish to sign the lease he did not have to. But again, it probably is big landlord wanting to curry favor with a politico.

Don’t forget Charlie’s 2 rent stabilized apartments that he has.

They might actual be needed by people who need them!!!!
