I think when you first started, I was finishing up but
just finishing — probably dusting myself off literally. But at think at one point I was probably suffering from Post Traumatic stress and you said some very kind things about how this was all worth it. You see, we survived and I think it was worth it!
anxious to hear about the brooklyn heights tour, cgar. how was willow? henry? hicks? 41 pierrepont could have potential — that’s a big building. altho not sure how many people are willing to go to $1mm on a place with one bathroom that needs to be reimagined a little.
