when i moved to harlem i hired a man with a van type thingie off craigslist.. it was two caribbean guys who were hysterically funny and professional (well as professional as one can be with just a van) and they were totally smoking a joint in the van while driving (i was in the back and it reeeked! probably made all my stuff reek too. luckily all my clothing and stuff was tied up in trash bags)
This guy in Jersey City hired me to take pix of the home he is doing an FSBO with. A 25′ wide Federal brick. Stunning! Of course, they have lived here thirty years, and got the envelope and the parlour floor done with a meticulous reno. Absolutely gorgeous! Of course some of the other floors lack some minor details, ceilings for example. Another 250k should get it rolling.
Seems like a decent deal given it is a short walk to the PATH, but I don’t know values there. Adam, what do you think?
