well this derm place i might have to go to cuz there are only TWO derms that are in network for my insurance. im a little concerned cuz this place has Spa or something? Heights Dermatology and Spa? unless it was the other one (who never called me back about an appt). why do i have wait 3 weeks for a serious real appointment for a real issue and the shallow housewives of brooklyn heights are getting their botox injections in first? that’s just not right.
i might have to just suck it up and pay out of pocket and go to someone else.
Cable companies and most trades are not considered “professionals” A doctor certainly is. A lawyer typically would not do that to his client without apologizing profusely.
Biff,
true most others can run a tighter ship. But many MDs are not trained as businessmen, so often office management can be poor. Don’t forget reimbursement factors. Other professions are likely being paid directly for their service, not by a third party where rates/reimbursement can be complicated. Often the overbooking is an essential if you want to stay afloat for a doc with his/her own office.
my cardio doc cousin can’t keep girlfriends very long cause he always ends up spending way more time with patients than with the GF. cant really blame him. every call comes in are like big emergencies – ie hard to decide “screw the dying patient so I can have dinner with GF”
Rob, the cable company is virtually a monopoly, so a company like Time Warner really doesn’t give a crap if you like them or not. The only other option is satellite.
if get an appt for a delivery (other than baby of course), or from utility company —
your appt is Anywhere between 8am and 12 or 1 and 5pm.
“does the pump and dump method work?”
Is this Hipster Birth Control?

sorry for the delay,
I have to keep up appearances you know…
I guess all this talk made Legion realize he had some people in the waiting room and had to run.
