  1. Ha ha, DH, I want to meet Prince Conelius III. I new a Cornelius once, affectionately called Corny.

I totally agree that a little dirt, germs, cruddy food is good to build up the immune system. My mother’s cooking did a great job in preparing me for a life of battle with germs. Yuch. But I’m a better person for it. Also, a daily Drakes Cake Cherry Pastry, which had to have a pound of sugar in it, washed down with a nice sugary cherry coke which I had as a child. Then a peanut butter and jelly sandwich and all the junk food I could find (not too much at our house – too expensive).

By the way, Joe from Brooklyn didn’t mention that Sarah Palin only got 7% in the CPAC strawpoll. What next for Sarah? Even the conservatives don’t want her.

  2. Rob – I agree about the color schmeme with that basment – that was the one thing i didn’t like – but I didn’t want to be negative

Kens- I like Ocean Pkwy a lot – it just seems though far from the train and Coretelyou

  3. is it located within the 2 block radius of Cortelyou/ARgyle/Rugby area?

Nope gem10. But I personally think my area is better in terms of everyday accommodations. I am on Ocean PKWY.

  4. the photoshopped child (that dipster termed the ghost child) is really cheesey, but i didnt want to say it in that thread.

also there is WAY too much primary color action going on in that space. it’s too day care pre-school looking.
