  1. DH:
hmmm -we haven’t had a solication for them yet here

The bake sale craziness has gotten out of hand AND WHY ARE SO MANY PEOPLE ALLERGIC TO NUTS ALL OF A SUDDEN?

PS – tell me please -who at a record company listens to COUNTING CROWS non-stop! – EWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW

  2. Any parent who lets a kid go to a birthday party has to expect cake & ice cream to be served. How do Doritos merit inclusion while home made brownies don’t? It’s all more absurd than Sam’l Beckett!

  3. i think we should all start selling homemade baked goods outside of nyc public schools when school lets out. we’d make a fortune!

this IS the result people of the yuppification of nyc. parents fall into two categories these days.

1.) super lame overprotective helicopter parents
    and 2.) straight up ghetto

where the hell are the in between parents?!

there has to be a tipping point in 2011-2012 where people start rioting again and burning shi+ down, and im ALL UP FOR THAT!

    *rob*

  4. I love Willow Street – you can’t beat the location. Building is nice. Second bathroom, unlike second bedroom, is possible area for compromise. Sounds like the bedrooms are split, which makes creating your dreams a lot easier if you have kids or hourse guests. You can’t beat the price for prime Brooklyn Heights, but I’ll wait to see the floor plan, pics and square footage. She’s a nice broker, too, FWIW.

  5. Thanks, Biff. I’ll check it out.

    LOL, Dave.

Now, are you f**king kidding me with this bake sale nonsense?!?!?! >>> There was a woman on Nightline last night who is advocating that kids be required to bring permission slips to birthday parties before they’re allowed to have birthday cake!!! Nanny state run amok.
