11217, that listing looks good, although I think CGar was looking for two bathrooms (I could be wrong). However, if CGar doesn’t mind streaking to and from the shower if and when he has Company staying overnight, this place might work out well.
My brother was a lefty, like me, in public school and he also got the infamous left hand ruler smack. today he writes right handed. He was already a teenager when I was born. No one ever tried to make me use my right hand when I went to public school. People couldn’t even believe it had ever been done.
Dear Prez, bigger question is why bother with Dim Sum. The better eats are stuff you order off the menu. that said, the one on bower to the left of the tunnel/alley is good. the one further down on bowery (at chatham sq) to the left of OTB is good (long waits too). I find very few restaurants in chinatown is worth a long wait – one worth the wait is that 1st flr restaurant (Danny’s) under the golden bridge restaurant (good idea to make reservation if on a busy holiday).
Rant!! It took me half an hour to dig the car out to move it for alt side. No street cleaner of any description came by AND 2 cars that hadn’t moved didn’t get tickets! Not only that but, I’d shoveled more in front to make putting the car back easier & some bloody mf took the space & refused to move when I pointed it out to him!!! I know we don’t have proprietary leases on spots but I had just gotten into the van when he whipped in & he has to’ve seen me shoveling the spot. Grrrr. Snarl. Tempting to do something to his brand new BMW SUV – not much he could do to retaliate on an ’84 beat-up Vanagon.
Wait ’till it gets dark out, Arkady.

Reminds me of the bawdy sailr song: “Ball of yarn.”

I have some stories from my youth that are enough to curl one’s hair without the use of bobby pins or rollers.
number of chinese in China partake in winter sports – 50
number of canadians in Canada partake in winter sports – 33,000,000
Canada should up gazzillions on my Chinaman on medal count
curling? I curl. I use bobby pins instead of rollers. And i am left handed too 🙂
