no clue, but there is no color more fugly for a building than cream/beige, especially in dense cities. question, when you buy into a condo, are you allowed to paint your part of the exterior wall if you wanted to?
Anyone know anything about the new condo building going up on Lincoln Place between Franklin and St. John’s? (Closer to Franklin, right next to the Franklin Av. Shuttle tracks.) Somewhat nondescript, modern cream-colored building with black iron balconies along Lincoln.
It appears a couple of tenants may have moved in already, but the place is still surrounded by scaffolding. Any details?
where’s our Prez? I would like to inform him, China is super close on medal count, gold medal count,… as his host country Canada
Great to meet you too, finally, lesbiman! 😉
Ignored you. Rubbish. Never. Ask anyone. I’m even nice to stevieb!
NO rob, typically you can’t even paint or hang anything (a Christmas wreath) even on the outside of the door going into your unit.
