Kens, I have a potential conflict. Hoping the snow causes them to postpone, in which case we’ll be there. Trying to get out of the conflict anyway, hopefully will succeed.
I came from snowier part of upstate than MM or DIBS – and even Biff. ALmost never had a snow day except for one or 2 mighty blizzards the whole time. Suburbs got them because of school buses but we ‘city’ kids walked.
That has changed now because now if that district uses school buses. The big issue is liability – so that is why schools close. Blame it on the lawyers.
You supposedly have 3 hours after snow stops falling to clear your pavement.
