Sorry, it was Scalia. Seems pretty disrespectful to miss the State of the Union, where everyone from all branches of gov’t shows up. Did they have a movie night?

DIBS, now that my people is on TOP of the world, “Chinaman” is akin to the oft-used street term “the MAN” – ie as the one in charge of it all pulling the strings.
kidding aside, Chinaman can be used in a way to trigger a violent confrontation from me or trigger a smile when used by friends in a friendly man. I’m smart enough to decipher the intent behind it’s use and react accordingly. as with any word, one can use it in a positive or a negative way so I gauge the intent and not react solely on the word/reference itself
