g10, compared to that 4 family house you told me about on park slope, this 12st street place is just not that good of a deal in comparison. it’s a little orange to apple comparison but it does show this aint that good of a deal.
do not under-estimate how much “stuff” (toys, clothing, stroller,…..) comes with just 1 kid. think that thru when you’re gauging how many sqf is enough
For me, I guess it would be nice to date someone who made more money so I could stop doing a job I don’t particularly enjoy once the loans are paid off. I guess men feel the same way and it’s not fair to keep them doing a job they don’t want to just because of the expectation that they make more money.
Mariah is ridiculous. She needs to start dressing appropriately for both her size and her age. Just because she snagged herself that teenybopper by toy doesn’t mean she’s a young chickie. I mean she’s had the same look since the early 90’s. Time to start transforming yourself into a graceful lady.

I just don’t get her appeal, her song choices, her stylists or her calling the porpoise and dolphins to shore voice.

Yep – there’s a few out there but Mrs Chicken is getting more specific about requirements and I am refusing to overpay so we’ll just have to wait it out.

Pete, I have no idea. I wish I could figure it out so I score me a sugar momma. I have NO problem with a woman earning more than me. Funny enough, the trend runs in my family with sister and mom being the heads of the household. There is something insanely attractive about assertive smart women. Nothing to do with money but it seems that the smart assertive woman do tend to be in careers that make a substantial salaries.
