  1. “CGar, in that case, will be re-educated twice :o)”

Kens, I’m afraid if stevieb and his “kind” had it his way, I’d sew a pink triangle on one sleeve and a yellow star on the other, and he’d march me off to something other than a Christian re-education camp.

Off to enjoy my frivolous shenanigans now!

  2. Oh y god Legion I cannot believe you are trying to argue that stagnant wages are meaningless. You almost made me use crazy all-caps. I cannot believe you are disavowing any difference between classes. Try an entire generation of thirty-somethings with advanced degrees and professional jobs that have to borrow money from their middle-class, lesser educated parents in order to make ends meet. seriously. Foster discord? ohmyfingod. you pay my mortgage, then, and we’ll have peace. Is calling the top 1% of the county wealthy a statement clouded by ‘preconceived notions of what wealthy means’? do you even listen to yourself?

  3. Thanks, ch!

Have to take issue with your choice on “proving” schools are getting better, Legion. Son reading before 6? My son (and I’m a very proud parent) did not start until 6-3/4; one of his friends (a kindergarTen jock) was reading the Sports section of the NYT at 6. What does all that prove? Nothing. BrooklyisHome’s point is well taken.
