certainly, the government has a role in protecting and fostering society.the problem comes when government becomes so large that it’s inherent weight crushes our free spirit and abilities. or worse.

This is just the “republican” brand of capitalism; deregulate, cut taxes, export jobs. Look at what it did to us. The middle class is tired of getting screwed by the rich. We need a second american revolution, NOW!
