Joe, China needs unions. not so sure about unions in USA – particularly how businesses would rationalize using unions vs. not. like it or not / right or wrong, bosses decide where to locate jobs. what would union’s pitch / angle be to convince businesses to not relocate jobs elsewhere?

May I offer some advice to you, per Snappy’s recommendations? Please politely speak your mind. Please DO NOT make statements like “you don’t care about that , don’t you?”. In other words, don’t speak for another person, which you consistently do, and you know we’ve been at this place before.
I would also advise that you stay away from loaded words like “patriotism” and “not caring”.
Speak your convictions, make your case, and respect someone else’s opinion.
