As much as I detested Guiliani as mayor, and was terrified about him running for President, I actually think he might make a good gov. He might be just the ticket to clean up that mess, and he’ll be fairly pro-NYC, I would think.

Joe, jobs are moving out of states with unions to those without. stimulus pkg won’t help that. if anything, it’ll be pkg from states luring business to relocate from a heavy union state
