Minard is right, and the Committee said as much. They are hoping that supporting his lead will INSPIRE others to work towards the goals of encouraging peace and better relations throughout the world. Someone has to lead the way, and who better than the leader of the FREE world.

It’d make a beautiful home and it’s not that bad of a block. Contrary to what the opposing viewpoint on brownstoner is, it will be worth a lot more than $500,000 in a few years.
cobble and montrose–I am with you. Pretty sour comments for our President from this gang. All of the issues that folks are holding against him are things that he inherited upon arriving in office. And I for one am pleased to have a president that is engaging with the world rather than threatening it.

So at 289k and 300k reno costs to only come out at 500k value doesn’t seem worth it for investment/rental purposes but could be good I guess for someone looking to make it their primary residence for the long term. I found this property running a search for single fam homes in BK under 500k. There were surprisingly plenty to choose from. Drinking the B’Stoner kool-aid can leave a real estate newbie thinking that there is no such thing.
