Well, everyone, I was running around Manhattan most of today, trying to get free lance stuff done before the world closes early, and I’m on the F downtown to Delancy St. I was reading my novel, and someone taps me on the shoulder, and it’s Kens. He was on his way home after a half day. It never ceases to amaze me that you can run into people you know in this city of 8 million people. Great to see you, Kens!

I wouldn’t have lost my shit on the cabbie. What’s the point? A temper tantrum is only worth it if it gets results. I have temper tantrums all the time, but only when it will get me what I want. Why scream at an idiot cabbie when you’re going to be just as stuck in the same traffic no matter what you say? Sit back and chill the fuck out while you make your way through the traffic jam.
