im not a fan of using the compass directions either. doesnt feel natural to me and it’s annoying to have to stand in place, making a 360 degree circle figuring out where the sun is and stuff.
I think the What needs something along the intellectual level of that video to understand a lot of other things having to do with finance, economics and, yes, real estate.
