Despite being a ninny, I hope for her sake she doesn’t really try this venture. In the arena of real estate and rent stabilization, age is no excuse for idiocy. Either know what you are doing or continue renting/buy a single family home or condo unit. And if she manages to find a lawyer who tells her that her plan is a good one, I wanna know his name so I can report him/her to the ethics committee.
6yrs – You can’t tell if they’re male or female until next spring when males get a kind of acne on their gills. It’d be nice if you got him/her a companion – they like to school – which would be a pleasant change for a teacher, no?
I thought about it when I was offered a similar situation (when I was 25-26) and after doing some research and speaking with people who are knowledgable about situations like these, I quickly changed my mind.

I think Obama and his staffers must reach out to the masses to explain how he wants to change healthcare for all Americans.
The system barely works now for folks who are insured not to mention the millions of folks who don’t have health care
paying doctors less to then take on more patients is not an answer at all.
Snappy and Benson, she is an idiot. She’ll likely get herself into something that’s way over her head and end up foreclosing on this property or selling it at a huge loss. I think they watch too many real estate investing seminars or actually attended some.

Yes – this is where I’m quite surprised that the Obama message machine has gone off the rails. Some people will never listen to any Democrat, regardless of race (the reverse is true as well – some would never admit that GWB or Reagan were capable of anything decent), but the silent majority of the country is not showing up at these town hall meetings. Obama should give a major prime-time TV address to retake control of the agenda. I would imagine we’ll see it after Labor Day.
The Obamanation is an abomination to right-wing fundamentalists – that’s all you have to know about the ridiculous carry-on of the carrion at those town meetings.
