ENY, I think we were all joking about twitter. Seriously though, twitter seems ridiculous to most people in the sense that we just don’t see the need/usefulness of how most people (young people I should say) use it: ie. I’m off to get coffee now. Just bought cheetos!! etc. It somehow feels different than the OT because we are interacting with each other and not just posting random updates to whomever decides to read it.
Not sure what you mean, Dave. Twitter is working for me today.
The Twitter hostility truly puzzles me. Using Twitter is no worse from posting on Brownstoner. As a PR guy, it’s an important tool for me. And I’ve noticed some of the folks here post at least as much as any Twitter users I’ve run up against, and (just like on Twitter) frequently post somewhat less-than-crucial information. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Touche’, ENY!
DH: -am an “outlier” – hahahahaha!
I didn’t understand Twitter at first, but now I see how it is useful. You guys all sound so OLD when you hate on Twitter haha
I bet you all still have MySpace pages.
“hahaha – I was a landlord at 28!”

Hmmm, yet her profile says she is a renter. Weirdddd.. She might be in a process or something.
