Since the US is headed towards third world status, I see an opportunity here. In places like Ho Chi Minh City and elsewhere, kids make money by reselling used papers at a fraction of the newsstand price.

A ciabatta is a very, very wet dough and I may have added too much flower at the end and handled it improperly.
