  1. >>she’s an expert and was wrong by 200K on the appraisal of this house.

    Evidence?

I posted the “evidence” at 11:45. Why you don’t see that is beyond me.

You want to talk about nasty, stevie…you need to take a good long hard look in the mirror first. Unless you’d like me to post some of your comments here towards me from the past few weeks…

Now please stop referencing me. I have no interest in trying to have a conversation with someone who a. doesn’t read the posts and b. doesn’t seem to understand the posts.

  2. >>she’s an expert and was wrong by 200K on the appraisal of this house.

    Evidence?

    >>there are a handful of people who jump on back about every post I make here.

That is because you have been nasty to a lot of people on here.

  3. Actually there are 2 versions, one of which may actually be an old school rap:

“Little Miss Muffet, sat on a tuffet, eating her curds and whey. Along came a spider, say down beside her and said ‘what’s in the bowl bitch?'”

    The dirtier one is:

“Little Miss Muffet, sat on a tuffet, one leg spread to the side. Along came a spider, say down beside her and said “Damn your pu@#$’s wide!!”

    Did I cross the line?

  4. Miss Muffet will be on here to defend herself shortly. She does so well and respectfully. She does sometimes miss the mark pricewise as we all do but she is a well reasoned person. I do think that there is something to the concept that she posts the prices she wants things to sell for but that is a crime most are probably guilty of.

You know what, there are a handful of people who jump on back about every post I make here. I’m allowed to post a couple of comments from someone who speaks like she’s an expert and was wrong by 200K on the appraisal of this house.

    It’s not disparaging…it’s showing a fact.

I’m glad you find her posts informative, but that doesn’t change the fact that the information you are receiving from her many times isn’t lining up with the actual real estate market.
