    The Sunset Park price is high, however it is very likely going to be torn down by a Chinese developer and 12-story tower built in its place (it is detached). The new Sunset Park zoning regulations and height limits exempt 60th Street unfortunately.

  2. I think their should be an option on the widget which will record your answer under your screen name and then there could be a competition to see who the most accurate in forcasting prices.
