  1. I quite enjoy hearing from Miss Muffet. But I do have the impression that whatever price a house is, she will say it’s worth less. That she thinks the price it will be in the future, or the past, should be the price it is now. Whatever, I cannot wait to see if she will finally find the house of her dreams at a much lower price in three years. Maybe. Maybe not. Meanwhile, she’s been looking in other areas. Maybe they’ll move after her second child is already in school.

  2. I find mentioning references to where people live to be extremely creepy. If you do as well, I suggest you write Mr. B about stevieb, because it’s better to be safe than sorry and nip a potential crazy person off before it gets too far.

  3. When I play with the widget (re-write?), I do my best to guess what I actually think the property will sell for, NOT what I personally would pay for the property or what I hope the property will sell for, but I think I’m in the minority, and that seems to be why the widget skews downward (re-write?).
