With little fanfare (we just happened upon it via a link from one of their NYT listings), Aguayo & Huebener appears to transitioning to a new url with a new look and, more importantly, vastly better functionality for house hunters.

  1. And I kept my mouth shut, my typing fingers still, on this entire thread. Not to comment on A&H, but why has Brownstoner thought to post about A&H’s new site when only a deafening silence has accompanied other brokers and their revamped sites? 345?

  2. A&H are the worst. I lost a house due to the fact that one of their crappy agents did not communicate my offer to the seller correctly. She left out the part about my offer being contingent on the sale of my property. I found out after speaking to the owner directly she had no idea.

I’ve heard other horror stories about botched sales. RH is Cruella De Ville perfect LOL! What a disagreeable person she is. Bad business stay away from them if you can.

Also perhaps they should spell check their site before posting. Sheesh how pathetic.

  3. I have heard that they don’t co-broke, they presentation is not first rate. One of my friends sold through them and two different brokers at A&H showed up at the closing wanting the commission check, arguments ensued. The attorney told my friend this is not the first time this has happened. According to her, it was an awful experience

  4. Yes, this new website is evidence of the breakup of PA & RH of A & H. The new website is PA’s, while RH’s tired old site is still being trotted out.

Note to Peggy: don’t follow Roslyn’s lead and keep every property you ever had on your site forever. I am not interested enough in any of your agents to have a conversation with them if the property I am calling about is sold or off the market.
