With little fanfare (we just happened upon it via a link from one of their NYT listings), Aguayo & Huebener appears to transitioning to a new url with a new look and, more importantly, vastly better functionality for house hunters.

  1. A&H ARE SIMPLY CLOWNS. POST THIS FOR ALL HOMEBUYER’S (AND GOD FORBID) SELLER’S TO SEE! YOU WILL BE DOING YOURSELVES A GREAT DISSERVICE SHOULD YOU FALL PREY… JOIN REBNY AND LEARN HOW TO DO DEALS THE RIGHT WAY-ONE THAT IS IN THE BEST INTEREST OF YOUR CLIENTS/CUSTOMERS!

  2. After being screwed on a rental by Rosaline H, I wouldn’t ever deal with her or her shop again. After signing a lease and forking over two months rent and fee, she and her client refused to hand over the keys because owner wanted to wait for property to sell/close. What a nightmare. I had to threaten litigation to get her to make me whole.

  3. I have worked for four different people in Brooklyn and Manhattan and Roslyn is the nicest person I have worked for. I am now in Manhattan and you should see what the managers and owners are like. If you had worked for as many monsters as I have you would appreciate nice people who don’t get off on nastiness.

  4. I like the new website and the old one. The new one is a little faux-frilly, but it seems to do the trick, but the old one always struck me as going hard-core on what you want: listings and images. That’s what people go to websites for after all, not some “About Us” section.

  5. You all strike me as amazingly bizarre. I have worked with Roslyn in the past and she is charming. It is not a website that gets business, it’s personality. I would be surprised if you all ever maintained any relationships given that you sound like a bunch of bitter lame crabs.
