This week, a long look back to the middle of May to see how four of our featured listings fared on the market.
This week, homes Brownstoner readers gravitated towards included a Queen Anne next to Prospect Park, a brownstone in Park Slope and a house with modern updates in Williamsburg.
While the current interior design of this condo at 85 North 3rd Street won’t resonate universally, it’s hard to imagine anyone not falling in love with the apartment itself. The 3,000-square-foot pad at Williamsburg’s Mill Building has high ceilings, beautiful original details (floors, ceilings and columns in particular) and a gazillion windows. Pretty much everything you (or we, at least) would want in a loft. Totally sweet. The price might night be quite as tasty though: The ask is $2,500,000 and the monthly overhead comes in at just under $1,900.
