The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a rental in Bed Stuy, a row house in Crown Heights and a standalone in Ditmas Park.

Popular listings were scattered across the borough this week, from Bay Ridge to Carroll Gardens. The least expensive on the list is the Bed Stuy rental at $3,000 a month and the most expensive is a Fort Greene Italianate at $7 million.
