This week, a long look back to the middle of May to see how four of our featured listings fared on the market.

First up is a Prospect Lefferts Gardens townhouse that’s been in the same family for six decades, with its original details intact, including chandeliers. Designed in 1899 by George Lawton for developer William A. A. Brown, it’s at 120 Midwood Street, in the Prospect Lefferts Garden Historic District. This House of the Day sold in August for $1.7 million, just $1,000 over the asking price.

Next, a grand 1907 Colonial in move-in condition that offers all you want in a Prospect Park South manse, including acres of space, original details, tasteful updates, a sweet wraparound porch and a century-old cherry tree. It’s at 85 Argyle Road, between Church and Albemarle, in the Prospect Park South Historic District. This House of the Day sold in September for $2.875 million, $125,000 below the asking price.

Following that, a three-bedroom Williamsburg condo that offers loft-like proportions, high-end appointments and several outdoor spaces in a prime North Williamsburg location. It’s in the Mill, a converted early 20th century printing warehouse with 63 units, at 85 North 3rd Street between Berry and Wythe. This Condo of the Day sold in September for $3.5 million, $250,000 below the asking price.

And to wrap it up, a circa 1903 Tudor on East 17th Street in the Fiske Terrace-Midwood Park Historic District that’s massive and move-in ready. It’s got five bedrooms, an office, four baths, and an expansive ground floor with a huge living room, a dining room, and eat-in kitchen and a sun room. This Open House Pick sold in October for the asking price of $2.1 million.
