While the current interior design of this condo at 85 North 3rd Street won’t resonate universally, it’s hard to imagine anyone not falling in love with the apartment itself. The 3,000-square-foot pad at Williamsburg’s Mill Building has high ceilings, beautiful original details (floors, ceilings and columns in particular) and a gazillion windows. Pretty much everything you (or we, at least) would want in a loft. Totally sweet. The price might night be quite as tasty though: The ask is $2,500,000 and the monthly overhead comes in at just under $1,900.

  1. The owner is selling due to new residence at Zuccotti Park. “This $2 mil is what democracy looks like!”

seriously though great place, just the prices are absolutely mind melting. Although so are the sheer amount of trust funds, so who cares as long as the money keeps flowing into NYC.
