Our most-viewed listings this week included apartments with fireplaces to keep you cozy and warm during the winter, a new-construction home in Bed Stuy, and a Georgian Revival home in Windsor Terrace. There was a wide variety across the top 10, in both price and features.

Which would you choose?

10. This one is a newly constructed brownstone, built on a 14-foot-wide lot on Lexington Avenue in Bed Stuy. It’s modern and tricked out with solar panels, a surround-sound system, a security system, and smartphone-controlled thermostat and lighting. It’s got a one-bedroom rental on the bottom floor and a three-bedroom quadruplex above, which includes a full-floor master suite and a sunroom with a pair of terraces on top.

9. This duplex condo has three bedroom and two bathrooms over nearly 1,600 square feet. There’s a landscaped patio and central air. The gas fireplace, staircase, kitchen and other details are completely contemporary; it’s located in a historic brick townhouse with four units that was converted in 2007.

7. You don’t see ceilings like this every day, especially in an otherwise fairly typical early 20th neo-Classical brick townhouse at 292 Parkside Avenue in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. One has ornate plasterwork; the other is hand-painted. (Perhaps a decorative painter and plasterer once lived there?)

6. On Monroe Street in Bed Stuy, we find a three-family brownstone. It’s currently set up with a separate unit on each floor. Beyond that there’s not a whole lot we can tell you — the listing says nothing about condition, and the sole interior photo is a closeup of a marble fireplace on the parlor floor. The listing does offer that that floor also holds “original door frames.”

5. This century-old Georgian Revival townhouse at 301 Caton Avenue in Windsor Terrace boasts an original detail that was highly unusual when it was built in 1915: A garage. Other charming original details include beautiful inlaid and parquet floors, the original Arts and Crafts style staircase, a bay window, and 1930s-style rounded archways and built-ins.

4. This classic parlor-floor floorthrough in a Prospect Heights brownstone has two bedrooms, a private deck, and a stylish contemporary kitchen with stone counters, minimalist black cupboards and brass hardware. The second bedroom is not large, but it does have built-in bookshelves. The unit sports a wealth of original detail, including ornamental plaster ceilings, pocket doors and stained glass. The three-unit building is landmarked and was designed circa 1889 by architect John H. Crown in the Renaissance Revival style.
