For $3,400 a month, though, we wish they’d made some better aesthetic choices when it came to the renovation.

As far as a rental goes it’s a lot nicer than most.

3400 does feel high. renov is so so but pretty good compared to usual rental grade stuff. location is pretty good.
11217, any good coffee and/or muffin shops nearby – ie within 2 minute stroll? j/k man.
I’m thinking the pictures are of the work in progress (I hope). Priced a bit too high, but nice building, nice location and modern amenities.
Odd radiator location.
