The interior looks quite nice, but what caught our eye was the price tag: $4,200 a month for a one-bedroom, one-bathroom between 16th Street and Prospect. The square footage isn’t listed but we sure hope this place is big! Otherwise that’s a pretty big nut for the location. Update: Looks like there was a mistake in this particular listing. One bedrooms are $2600 and the two bedrooms are $3200, there are no $4,200 units. The links have been changed to reflect.

He was talking about grand prospect Hall, 11217…where you’ll be holding your wedding once it’s legal in NYS.

The developer is raking it in.
They only JUST started renting these recently and only 9 are left out of 25 units…
$4200 is the mortgage payment for a roughly $750-800K mortgage, depending on the going jumbo rate, if my math is right.
You can get a nice 2br condo in the actual Park Slope for that.
