You also get a private garage, a Jacuzzi on your rooftop terrace, and dark room thrown in to the mix. That’s in addition to 5,000 square feet of space over two floors! The monthly rent ain’t cheap though: $8,300. Who the heck can afford that and wants to live on Frost Street, that is the question.

Kinda strange layout and rent though. Seems kinda high unless as you say it’s for a rich bachelor — maybe Vice magazine should set up their new HQ here.
