Looks like a great deal to me (although the floors were a mistake)

Remember what unemployment was? Much lower in every realm. Like half of what it is now. It’s called a deflationary depression.
“Higher” salaries (actually stagnant or lower in real terms) in only half as many jobs does not bode well for the rental market. Even worse in NYC as our unemployment rate is higher than the national average.
That’s why this listing is still sitting even after a measly reduction.
