Rental of the Day: 275 Conover Street
We’ve always loved the warehouse buildings on the Red Hook waterfront, but don’t often see listings pop up for available apartments. This particular loft rental at 275 Conover Street (aka the Fairway building) is right on the water and has the killer views to prove it. We also love the windows and exposed beams. DitmasSnark – what were you looking to pay in park slope? were you looking for a 1 bedroom?
Never mind. Asked and answered, I see now.

Maly, how do you know yesterday’s ROTD was fake? I’ve been wondering why it was taken down,
Of course, part of that could have been what I was willing to pay at that time…
Last time I was looking, and I was still looking in the Slope, I looked at a couple of places through Ideal. Both were dumptacular.
“should i be wary of ideal properties? we’ve contacted them after seeing reasonably priced listings on this site (for rentals, not sales), and most of the time they’ve already been rented. ”
yeah – that’s their shtick.
