  1. It’sa few blocks away but I would have to think it is an issue of construction noise and then increased car and foot traffic after the contsruction is built. I’m certain a lot of people in Prospect Heights are just going to want out before ground is broken. House itself is well-priced but it’s the neighborhood that will change–for the better or worse, that’s the $1.6 million question!!

  2. Whether it reflects the market or whatever, I would take St. Mark’s in a second, at barely $100K over the FG and CH houses — good location, deep yard, nice pix, and whatever I dislike cosmetically (personally hate granite but that’s just me) is a small fix in the grand scheme. What am I missing?
