Bob, the troll is trying to get a reaction from you, must like a naughty child. It is really becoming clear that we are dealing with someone who has some need to cause arguments for no good reason. I, too, have suspected that the troll uses multiple names. Maybe we could respond to the attempts to get a reaction with a chant of “troll, troll, go away”.
So you say.
And say.
And say.
And say.
And say…
Actually, if you take the time to look at my posts on this thread and others, you’ll see that they’ve alternated between “serious” posts about PLG (and occasional other topics) and attempts to expose irritating trolls (the later posts, I admit, being rather sarcastic).
It\’s interesting how Bob Marvin\’s posts have gotten all \”respectable\” all of a sudden.
I quite like the place in Sunset Park, actually. It looks spacious, appears to have some sort of yard attached and there’s some nice exposed brink. The price seems reasonable. This is the kind of place that a couple of not-terribly-well-to-do families could afford if they joined forces. And there are tons of places like this in Sunset Park.
I forgot to sign the above (4:48).
Bob, I mentioned the Rutland Road house’s closeness to Flatbush since my friends who live 2 or 3 houses away complain about the street noise. To be precise, it isn’t really Flatbush that is the problem, but rather the apartment building on the corner–the people hang out on Rutland, not Flatbush.
It is a nice house, and while I personally wouldn’t rip out a floor it is rather cool. But the Midwood house that went for this price was in super mint condition (as the realtors say), had brand new kitchen and baths, central AC, and a really nicely done basement (I saw it on a house tour). This house is certainly renovated, but not at all in the same league. And Midwood is a much nicer block. So I’d say the price for Rutland is too high.
Nice try Lefferts Crybaby. Wah Wah Wah!!! Yes, check the servers because want my apology from Lefferts Crybaby.
Now go cry me a river, Mr. Crybaby.
If Brownstoner gets involved in this, I hope it is only to ban all parties on both sides. Let us simply stop talking about this. Period. If we stop talking about this, the problem will disappear.
That is all. Over and out.
