blah! Don’t like the renovation choices in Crown Heights or Bed-Stuy, and those CL listings are nothing more than notices. The house in West Midwood is the cutest one of the bunch. Love the pink tiles in the bathroom.

Even more interesting that the E. 18th Street listing – Kestyn also has an empty 40 x 100 acre lot available in DP. Section of the nabe which isn’t landmarked. Will it be a McMansion with Med details? A box with fedders windows? Or a faux Victorian?

191 Madison also has a questionable reno. It’s clear that some original details were left, but they didn’t do a very good job of blending that with some of the overly modern additions.
If Corcoran could, they would push the border of CH all the way to Lewis.
Boo @ the renovation on that CH house. Almost no details left if you take those photos as an example.
Oh, man, excuse me, but if Madison St. and Nostrand Ave. is Clinton Hill, I must live in Park Slope or something. Puh-leeeze!
Re that Clinton Hill house, case of them doing all the things I hate (taking out wall on parlor floor, putting in modern style bathrooms, downlights) but they did it really well and it looks great.
