Madison between Bedford and Nostrand is now Clinton Hill. I’m dying laughing here. And I live in Park Slope East. Come one guys, Bed Stuy is worthy of being called what it is. The house is in Bed Stuy.
That said, the Crown Heights North house has had all the charm renovated out of it. Sheesh, there’s nothing left.
You look out the front window of Anthony’s house at a really awful Fedders. I don’t like that street at all. If that house gets anywhere close to that price, mines worth over $1MM…well above peak comps!!!!!!

still lying about something that egregiously is bizarre cause its not like anybody with two brain cells isn’t going to google it. And not that its that bad a neighborhood where it is. There’s a bunch of stuff opening up on Nostrand. But truly the distance between this house and the border of Clinton Hill is just too far to be fudged.

Now I get it. Those two brokers for Corcoran (Anthony and Abdul) are the ones that consistently fudge locations. They also used to come up with the comically cheesy names for each of their listings. We needn’t humor them here. If it was near the corner of Classon I could buy calling it Clinton Hill almost, but Madison and Nostrand is as far from the border of Clinton Hill as Fort Greene is the other way.

No part of Madison is in Clinton Hill. It deadends at Classon. It may be in a part of Bed Stuy near Clinton Hill but its not in Clinton Hill. The brokers might stretch boundaries but we should have some sort of accuracy here no?
