The Ditmas house is to die for.
7th at least they say needs work. Makes sense. But it comes with “1,667 Acres.” So, probably worth it.
These are nice houses.
Sterling Place must need work, no? Price too low for what it appears to be? Or am I off?

Yeah but the South Slope house has a big fig tree in the yard!!!!!
