Even without the noisy “gangs” roaming the streets, don’t you all think 1.3 is a bit excessive for the 12th Street listing?!?!

If a clean, modern, totally updated house is your thing, the PLG house looks great, and priced well, too. Also has a garage.
I like those 20’s semidetached cottages in PLG. They are much more spacious than one would think from looking at them from the street. I always enjoy seeing them on the PLG house tours.

I got prematurely excited about the Putnam House. But when I saw the listing, my hopes were dashed. Oh, well.
BHS’s PLG house has been on the market for AGES. Went to an OH and while it’s cute, the location is questionable. Right across from big apartment buildings with folks who like to hang outside, even in the cold. I guess if you want to live year round with your windows closed…
