Well, they’ve certainly turned that 12th St. house into a showroom (for Home Depot). Look at that drywall and chandelier!

I used to live over there on 7th and 14th. There is a “gang” ( I say that lightly) of kids ranging in ages from 8-18 of all diff races. These kids aren’t your typical PS kid, they are much more “street”. They hang out/ and play ball/jump in the fire hydrant/yell and act like kids – I am not saying they are bad kids but they like to have fun and no one really says anything to them. They are known to throw the ball a bit too hard into passerbys though
That 12th Street house is between 5th and 6th, Gem.

12th street house is VERY cute – that’a a nice friendly block
now remember though – 12th between 6th and 7th is wacky b/c you have the bad news bear gang that hangs out at the top 7th avenue

I like the 12th Street house. One of my new favorite areas. (I like the Lefferts Street house, too, but I’m just not looking there.)
