Has anyone seen the Pacific Street house before or know the block well? I don’t recall seeing it listed before, so I’m assuming that it’s new to the market?
I did look at another house the same realtor has on Pacific (the one for just under $2 million. I think they have a third one for $2.15). The guy showing it that day said that they had an offer on the house and were showing it one last day before they accepted the offer. This was at least three weeks ago, so it looks like either the offer fell through or they ended up not accepting it.

I seriously think that this guy is a danger, not only to himself but to CHP, Bx2Bklyn, Shahn Andersen, Bob Marvin and Mr. B himself. Over time, this guy has gleamed a lot of personal information about some of the regular posters on this site. I think it it safe to assume, given the plethora of available information on line that he also knows where you live. I think Mr. B should do everything in his power to ban this guy from this website. Hopefully, without access he will move on to something else of more interest and entertainment. It’s a lot more difficult to make floorplans for a 100 year old house than a simple coop or condo, isn’t that obvious?? If you notice most of the floorplans sellers get done to market their properties are rarely to scale.
CURRENTLY, WHAT IS THE AVERAGE PRICE OF ONE AND TWO FAMILY HOMES IN CROWN HEIGHTS?

i could be wrong but if it did need all of the above, wouldn’t that cost *at least* 100k which would bring the cost of this house to 800k which is no longer a deal in this area.
800k is still a good price for the area and in this case you would have a home that is 1) fully updated and 2) customized to your liking. Oftentimes people are going to change a kitchen or bath anyway so they expect to put some money into what they buy so that it will be what they like, not what the previous owners like.
Newly updated homes in this area are in the $900k+ range with some going for over $1M.
P.S. I’m not associated with this home or broker in any way, I just think the neighborhood is in a great spot right now and is going to do very well.
I need some advice. Daughter is under contract for small coop in Boerum Hill for $455,000. It’s only about 500 sq.ft. How is this neighborhood and doesn’t this seem like too much money?
The maintenace fees are $525!
