We’ll go have a look at St. Johns on Sunday. I hope ‘original’ does not include plumbing and electric.
Anyway Jon, did you get my invitation for tomorrow? I haven’t got your RSVP.
The St. Johns house is small, but has a lot of excess dev rights.
…i think the st. johns house is right next to a funeral home.
I’m very drawn to the St. John’s house… just about perfect as far as I’m concerned.
st. johns house is beautiful! i’m surprised though, that they didn’t get rid of that carpet on the steps. house would show better w.out that mehinks.
St. John’s house looks great.Beautiful details, love the columns – they divide the space without cutting off the light.
Nice block of very well kept houses. Two way street with bus route, but that’s hardly a reason for rejection. Actually is close to subways, Children’s Museum, etc, as advertised. This looks like a great house for someone to put roots down, get some income from the rental (or not), and have a limestone in a fine neighborhood. Even with inevitable upgrades, this looks good, and within financial reach of more people.
Not the broker, but a fan of my neighborhood, and what looks to be a fine house.
are morons. Why can’t real estate agents get the building size/lot size correct? Isn’t that some pretty basic important info potential buyers will want to know? According to their ad both are 18 by 58 and yet the building has a garden. I love it when they reverse the two and list the building as larger than the lot.
re: the “secret”…dunno, maybe something like the crying game? Can’t be anything about original details, as those are clearly stripped out and long gone (as the place looks like it’s been all chopped up inside)
re: “1st offer”…just their way of saying it’s a new listing and hasn’t been languishing on market like some others left over during the summer off months.
Re: the Aguayo Huebner Listing in Park Slope.
The text of the ad baffles me- what “secret” are they talking about? And what does “1st Offer” mean?
